Weight, Health & Overcoming Cancer

I thought this new study shines a light on a very important issue.  Being healthy has a big impact on your health now and into the future.  Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your health is to maintain and better it now; before you are faced with something serious.

This is why my book Wellness Wisdom spends so much time advocating healthy lifestyle choices, healthy foods, and clearing emotional patterns now – before they appear in our lives as something that must be addressed.  Be proactive!

Women with a healthy body weight before and after diagnosis of breast cancer are more likely to survive the disease long-term, a new study finds.

… Their findings add to the growing scientific evidence that obesity raises the risk of both developing breast cancer and dying of it. via http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/06/110604182014.htm
