Today, August 15th, is National Relaxation Day. And I hope you take the message to heart.
One of the best things we can do for ourselves is learn that it is okay to step back from our busy lives and just relax. Taking this time is great for our mental and spiritual well-being; it gives us perspective on a problem we are facing, time to wind down and regroup our energy, and just be plain happier.
