Quieting you mind and getting lost in your favorite music is a form of meditation – so the study below makes sense as the traits they associate with music are also associated with meditation.

They are great to listen to as a bedtime routine, when you feel stress building, need to quiet your mind, or need to reorganize your thoughts.
