Images have enormous power, and images freed from deep within ourselves can change us profoundly. When an image emerges from within, we glimpse and feel the energy of the universe, and our very soul. I would encourage anyone who is healing to make the experiences you have in meditation or in deep healing sessions tangible through drawing and writing. This helps integrate the work into the present moment.
