National Sleep Awareness Week

Do you feel rested?  Do you feel ready to take on the day when you wake up in the morning?

Use this week to take a long look at your sleep habits, so you can adjust them to create new, healthier habits.

Sleep affects our health, our mental well-being, our emotional state, and so much more.  Running on lack of sleep, or poor quality sleep, means that we aren’t at our best.  Maybe you feel like there aren’t enough hours in a day… There isn’t enough time to sleep those eight or more hours every night.

However, when we are functioning on the sleep we need, it is less of a struggle to get everything done!  We can plow through our ‘to do’ lists with ease and energy, because we are fully alert on a full night’s rest.
