An inbalance can be created by either outer of inner forces: Simple habits like not eating healthy, to something less known like negativity residing in our chakras, to nearly anything in between can hinder the way we feel.
A great tool in our possession is being self aware. Do we feel different? Energy lower? Sad more? Unable to cope with stress? These changes in our personality, the way we act and react to the world, can be helpful in recognizing that there is something that we need to work on.
