A New Study and a Long Held Belief

When you think about cranberries, likely two things come to mind:  Traditional Thanksgiving side-dish and urinary tract infection treatment.

A new study delves back into the long held believe that urinary tract infections can be treated and even prevented by including healthy cranberries in your diet.

Cranberries are naturally very tart – so as you add them to your diet find sources that aren’t served with heaps of sugar.

I prefer organic, raw, dried cranberries, as they are easy to store and add into a wide range of meals and snacks.
