Foods for Breast Cancer

Eat healthy colorful foods now – to be healthier tomorrow.   This is one message that I try my best to yell from every mountain top and repeat several times within Wellness Wisdom.

If you know you are at predisposition for certain serious illnesses or diseases, take the time to arm yourself with knowledge about what you can do now to stack the cards in your favor.

Read books like Wellness Wisdom that give practical easy tips on how to stay in health naturally.

Remember that every choice you make is yours – including the choice to be healthy.  The better care you take of your body now, the more likely it is to treat you well later.

A new study suggests that women with higher levels of carotenoids (nutrients found in fruits and vegetables) have a lower risk of breast cancer — especially cancers that are harder to treat and have a poorer prognosis. via
