Foods Impact Our Health!

One of the most common questions about my book Wellness Wisdom is why did I dedicate so much space to food?  Because of studies like this:

Food is our bodies fuel – and has a big impact on our over-all health.  However it is more than that – it also can be actively used to combat health issues, both existing issues and those that could be around the corner.

That is why food is such a big part of my book Wellness Wisdom.
