Hi everyone! We are five months into 2018!  This year has thrown a lot at us, and that’s why it is so important to make sure we are taking time to focus on our personal goals and wellbeing.   It’s why this year I offered the Thyroid event, and now am excited to offer a Spleen event. Give a profound boost to your immune response, blood, digestion, and you! This event will incorporate Eastern and Western perspectives of the spleen for a transformative experience. For the Western portion, you will focus on how the spleen as a key part of the lymphatic system, the immune system, and an important blood filter.  For the Eastern perspective, you will focus on the spleen’s connection to digestion and processing all stimuli. Spleen health also supports mental health. In this event, learn about the spleen’s impact on our wellbeing – important work even if you’ve had your spleen removed! While in deep meditation state, you will be guided in a cellular level process that transmutes the belief and emotional density held in the cells of your spleen. This offers an opening to incorporate new habits and ways of being.  You will notice the difference with this powerful energetic work.  Practical tips to maintain a healthy spleen will also be included.
